Phil has been involved with One Tree Agriculture since inception, being part of the due diligence team for its first farm acquisitions. He became a Director in 2014 and was appointed Executive Director in June 2018.
Other directorships include with the Family’s farming business, which commenced operations between Boggabilla and Moree in the early 1960s, and the Australian Cotton Shippers Association, where he held the role of Chairman. Previous positions include 9 years as a Board member of Cotton Australia and 8 years as a Councillor of the Town of Goondiwindi.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Business (Agricultural Commerce) from the University of New England and has been involved in the Cotton Industry in Goondiwindi, as well as his Family farming business for his entire career. Phil is currently the Australian Manager for Cargill Cotton, an accumulation arm of the Global Cargill Cotton business.
Phil provides input and oversight to the management of One Tree Agriculture to maximise efficiencies and value.
